What is 12 day holiday hustle?
This is a 12 day challenge geared to set you up for success going into the holiday season. It includes simple meal planning and daily workouts.
How does it work?
This magical holiday season, we are going to learn how to manage all the festivities with mindfulness, clean eating, and a healthy sweat! Simply follow the meal plan, drink your shakes, work out daily, and you will be holiday ready in no time!

This isn’t a quick fix. This is a lifestyle change. In just 12 short days, watch your body and mind transform before your eyes! It’s all about eating healthy, exercising, and practicing healthy habits for 12 days. You will find that these habits make you feel more confident, have more energy, and leave you feeling accomplished. You will find that these 12 days will jump-start you so that it becomes part of your lifestyle and something you practice for the rest of your life.
