I don’t know about you but I have struggled with my weight my whole life. From the time I was a little girl I was always bigger than everyone else. Not only was I taller but I was heavier too! I realize NOW that size doesn’t matter but I didn’t back then and it played a toll on my emotions! Growing up on a farm and having a mother that baked and cooked all the time really wasn’t helpful. Don’t get me wrong she was an AMAZING woman and she taught me so much but food was my crutch. Any time I am hurt, mad, happy, pissed off, frustrated or any other emotion you can imagine I ALWAYS turn to food. That is a HARD habit to break but I am continuing to work on it. I know I won’t change overnight but sometimes it’s hard to keep your eye on the prize when it takes so long to get there. Can you relate?
I am not perfect and I fluctuate in weight and jeans. Do you? Well now is the time to START thinking about a healthier long term lifestyle.
