Do you ever struggle with NEGATIVE self talk? I have to continually tell myself positive affirmations or I get sucked into the negative world and what others think.  I use to always compare myself to others.  I use to think I wasn’t pretty enough, thin enough, or even good enough. Can you relate?
Well I have learned how to overcome that self doubt and realize now that I need to BELIEVE in ME! Want to know the secret?
Yes, my life is CRAZY busy just like yours. YES, I yell at my children from time to time. YES, my hubby and I fight over the most RIDICULOUS things. Yes, we are running from event to event with little time to sit down for dinner. We are all the same but through it all I have found balance. I have learned that there is no such thing as perfect. However, there is something that everyone can achieve. You can LOVE your life and be GRATEFUL for everything you have at EVERY stage of your life! Stop comparing yourself to others and start living YOUR life!
Yes you will have good days and bad days. You will have sorrow and happiness. You will witness sickness, death, marriage, births and so much more. EMBRACE every moment: Cry when you feel like crying, laugh when you feel like laughing, and throw a pity party when you want to be sad (but don’t let it last more than 20 minutes-LOL). Don’t let anyone tell you how to feel or how to act. BE YOU and you will BE FREE!
