You know me…I LOVE country music, so add it to a workout and you get ONE happy GIRL! However, sometimes I feel as though when I’m dancing I have two left feet. Do you ever feel that way or are you good at dancing? I’m not very good at dance moves so give me jumping jacks, lunges and/or running and I can do that all day! However, I have to say I was really excited about this program because I LOVE country music! I love working out to music and I love many of those adorable singers (Luke Bryan, Jake Owen, Keith Urban, Blake Shelton…dare I go on?).
So what is my overview on this program? Well it is FUN! It has GREAT music and it’s only 30 minutes. Those three things were enough for me. I would say that this program is for anyone who wants a LOW IMPACT workout that is short yet gets your heart rate up. I would recommend this workout to anyone NEW to working out, anyone that is pregnant or just LOVES to dance! I would not recommend this workout to you if you love high intense CARDIO or if you would rather weight training.
This program had me glistening with sweat and I nver feel lost or confused by the moves. Anyone can do it! It is not hard at all. Plus my legs felt it and my core was burning. I believe this workout will work your ENTIRE body!
